TVP vegan mince
TVP mince can be used in many dishes such as spag bol, chilli con carne, lasagne, on top of pizza and is really simple and quick to cook with.
- Use around 2-3 table spoons per person (it expands when rehydrated)
- Soak in water/veg stock for 10mins (enough to make it moist making sure there is no excess water. You can add more mince to soak up extra water
- After 10mins the mince will be rehydrated and ready to use
- Simply add to your dish and heat up for 10 mins (it doesn't need to be fried/cooked as rehydrating it makes it edible)
- Serve and enjoy!
